Raffi Kassarjian

Founder and Principal Advisor

Raffi is a seasoned executive with 30 years’ experience in the technology space who has built his career around defining and launching new products and businesses. He is most comfortable at the intersection of understanding market demand, evaluating competitive actions, and defining and delivering products. He believes that an intimate and iterative relationship between customer/market-facing and development teams is essential to delivering winning products and building businesses. He is also tenacious in working with both product managers and developers to find solutions to address technology, timeline or other obstacles. 

Relevant Experience

  Raffi was part of the founding team and then CEO of iCON Communications, a pioneer in wireless data internet access in Armenia. He was also CEO of Monitis/TeamViewer Armenia, where he conceptualized and launched TeamViewer IOT, the company’s first integrated monitoring and remote control product, as well as the company’s initial foray beyond traditional PC and mobile devices. Raffi also launched the first mobile payment platform in Armenia with Converse Bank. Prior to his time in Armenia, Raffi designed and launched Fair Isaac Corporation’s (NYSE:FICO) first internet product, LiquidCredit, and was responsible for over $200MM of the company’s revenue. He also led strategic consulting engagements for global Fortune 500 companies with Accenture’s Strategic Services Group. He holds Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Business Administration degrees from Stanford University.
